How to Keep Your Last Oil Change Easy to Recall

Use the Oil change preset as a quick personal reference while keeping manufacturer and service records authoritative.

A quick reference has a limited job

Oil-change information can live on an invoice, service-book stamp, dashboard, or workshop system. Lastimo offers a smaller convenience: one current value for the most recently logged oil change.

That value is not a complete vehicle service record. It contains no mileage, parts, workshop details, earlier service entries, or technical maintenance recommendation.

Log the completed service

After the oil change is complete, open the Oil change preset and tap Log now. Lastimo updates the current last value and shows the elapsed time from that moment.

The current release does not let you enter an earlier service date. Keep invoices and official service records when an exact archived date or warranty evidence matters.

  • Use Log now after completion.
  • Keep invoices outside Lastimo.
  • Follow the vehicle's manual and qualified service guidance.

Read elapsed time as context

A days-ago label can help you find your bearings before you check the authoritative service information. It cannot determine the correct maintenance interval for a particular vehicle.

Treat Lastimo as memory support only. Safety, warranty, and maintenance decisions belong with the manufacturer documentation and appropriate service professionals.
