Everyday recall
How to Remember the Last Time You Did Something
A small, factual way to answer when an everyday routine most recently happened without building a complicated habit system.
Why ordinary dates disappear
A haircut, appointment, workout, or oil change can matter later without feeling important enough to memorize on the day. Similar events also blur together, so a confident guess is often less reliable than one small saved fact.
The useful question is usually narrow: when did this most recently happen? Keeping that question narrow avoids turning everyday recall into a diary, calendar, or performance project.
Save one fact at the right moment
Choose the matching preset in Lastimo and tap Log now when the activity is complete. The app replaces that tracker's current last value with the current moment, then shows a calm answer such as today, yesterday, or a number of days ago.
Lastimo v1 keeps only that current last value. It does not provide a timeline of earlier entries, so receipts, appointment documents, and other records should stay in the systems meant to preserve them.
- Use one of the six preset trackers.
- Tap Log now only when the activity has happened.
- Read the elapsed label when the question returns.
Let the answer remain neutral
An elapsed-time answer is context, not a score. A long interval is not automatically good or bad, and the app does not set a target or reward a streak.
For medical care, exercise, or vehicle maintenance, use advice from the appropriate professional or manufacturer. Lastimo only helps you recall your latest saved moment.
