How to Remember Your Last Dental Visit Privately

Keep the scope small

The date of a recent dental visit can be useful when organizing paperwork or speaking with a dental office. Lastimo's Dentist preset provides a quick current reference for that narrow question.

It is not a medical file. The tracker does not store diagnoses, treatment notes, images, appointment documents, or an archive of earlier visits.

Tap only after the visit

When the appointment is complete, tap Log now on the Dentist preset. The app replaces the current last value and shows a neutral elapsed-time label.

If you need an exact long-term record, retain the provider's documents or your calendar. Lastimo v1 is designed for the latest saved moment, not clinical recordkeeping.

  • Avoid entering sensitive clinical information.
  • Keep provider documents in an appropriate place.
  • Use the elapsed label only as a memory prompt.

Professional guidance comes first

An elapsed-time counter cannot tell you when to seek care or how often visits are appropriate. Those decisions depend on individual circumstances and qualified advice.

Lastimo remains deliberately neutral: it recalls the latest time you logged the preset and makes no medical recommendation.
